Tonka Rescue Helicopter -- 3 buttons on the side will turn on the lights, sirens, radio rescue talk, etc. Batteries included.  The helicopter blades can be spun manually or with the turn dial beneath them on the side.  They also fold down for storage, which helps keep them from getting broken off.  It has a winch with a hook attached to a string and can be lowered or retracted.  the helicopter also has small wheels on the bottom.  Fun helicopter by Tonka.
