This is a really awesome Cooling Rack. It expands in length -- just pull it out like a drawer to make it longer or push in to make it smaller, depending on how much space you need. Really nice. I also love the small grid pattern. Most cooling racks have such wide "holes" between the grid wires that it leaves weird lines on the bottom of your cakes and cookies. This is much more subtle.
