Great for baking and molding. Oven safe to 500°. Freezer, microwave and dishwasher safe. For best results, spray baking surface with non-stick baking spray. When baking is complete, remove from oven and place on cooling rack until completely cooled. Baking time may vary from traditional metal bakeware and adjustments to time and temperature may be necessary. To remove baked goods, invert pan and apply gentle pressure to the bottom while gently peeling the pan away. Also great for molding gelatin and ice cream.
Never use knives or other metal utensils. Can withstand changes to temperature, such as moving from freezer directly to oven. Never use on stovetops, hotplates, or under broilers.
