Flower Cart Plant Holder or Decor

Really cute Decor or Plant Holder--either a real plant, or faux plant or floral arrangement.  Looks like an old fashioned street vendor Flower Cart.  It does have a ring at the top which you could hang it, but I imagine it would be really cute on a table, shelf, or even the floor.
